Certified Senior Advisor
Charlene is a graduate of Emory University and a Certified Senior Advisor. She started with the company in 2012, took a brief hiatus to work in a senior community, and returned to work full time in the agency and is now in charge of operations. She has worked in the technology field supporting nursing homes and hospitals for many years before deciding it was time to do something that was more meaningful and directly impacted the quality of people’s lives. She is dedicated to and passionate about senior care and works her to make sure she and her staff are delivering the best quality care available to seniors.
Training Coordinator & Area Representative
Nate, a Columbia native and graduate of University of South Carolina, is the Training Coordinator for Always Best Care of the Midlands. He is committed to developing and building our training program for our caregivers as well as families and individuals in the community who are providing care for seniors or disabled adults. Always Best Care of the Midlands provides online as well as classroom training in our caregiver training lab.
In addition, Nate is also Area Representative for Always Best Care. His Area, the Carolina Foothills, includes parts of North Carolina including Charlotte, Hendersonville, Matthews, and Asheville, as well as, most of South Carolina including Rock Hill, Columbia, Lexington, Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Greenwood and everything in between.
Community Relations Manager

Hunter helps families set up in home care for seniors who need the best in home care whether it’s in the home, in a community or even in the hospital. She meets with the family and the senior in need for a free consultation to establish an individualized care plan. She listens to help her understand the physical as well as social needs of the client. The care plan helps determine which caregivers are the best fit and helps the caregivers understand their responsibilities when the are delivering care to a client.
Community Relations Manager

For seniors who want or need to move to an Assisted Living or Independent Living Community, Tyler will help you find the ideal place, for FREE. Tyler specializes in helping seniors and their families locate the right place for their senior to live based on their budget, care needs, geographic preferences and social preferences. And best of all, the service he provides is completely free to families.
Judi is an LPN who has been practicing for over 30 years. She helps perform client assessments and insurance related assessments and activities.
Villages at Southlake and Deepwood Estates
Angie is the Care Manager for our clients at Villages at Southlake and Deepwood Estates. She not only delivers excellent care, but makes sure that all care plan changes are communicated to the team that serves those clients.
Waterford at Columbia and Summer’s Landing
Priscilla is the Care Manager for our clients at Waterford and Summer’s Landing. Clients are constantly telling us that she takes great care of them, and she also manages and trains the team that serves our clients in those communities.
Staffing and Schedule Coordinator
Yolanda came to us with scheduling experience from Life Care and Blue Cross Blue Shield. She is our staffing and schedule coordinator and not only schedules caregivers, but matches them to the clients who like them best. Yolanda is also a CNA and has experience as a caregiver so she understands the caregiver job and knows what it takes to provide excellent care.
Marsha keeps our accounting and finances balanced and reconciled.
